🧭 The Conference is taking place all in one venue. Papers and meals will be served on the lower Cordova level.

🤝 Registration / Info Desk and the Exhibit Hall will be held in the Harbourfront Ballroom level.

TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN

✈️ By Air – Vancouver is served by Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

🚍 Public Transit – Canada Line – an urban rapid transit train in Vancouver that can take you from the Airport to Waterfront Station. (https://thecanadaline.com/)
🚕 Taxi or Rideshare – Taxi, Uber, and Lyft are available in Vancouver.

GETTING AROUND VANCOUVER

🚍 Public Transit – Translink is the local public transit provider. They operate buses and skytrains that can take you around Vancouver and nearby areas. More information can be found on https://www.translink.ca/. Google Maps can also provide translink bus and train information and directions. You can pay the fare with debit card, credit card, or mobile payment, using the contactless payment system.

🚕 Taxi or Rideshare – Taxis, Uber, or Lyft are available in Vancouver.

🚙 Personal Vehicle – It’s possible to drive to the venue in Downtown Vancouver. However, be mindful of the cost for parking and the tendencies for traffic congestion and some one way streets in the area.

PARKING OPTIONS

🚗 Parking at the Venue? – There is a private parking lot under the venue and in nearby buildings as well. The cost to park during the weekday can be quite high because of its location near the financial district.
