🧭 During the WABE Conference, the Lower Floor is accessed by stairs, escalator, or elevator near the 9 Ave Entrance. Look for signage directing you to the registration desk.

TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN

Whether you’re flying in from another province or just across the mountains, Calgary International Airport (YYC) is well-connected to downtown.
Here are some options to get to the CTCC from the Airport.
- 🚍 Public Transit – You can take Route 300 (Airport/Downtown) directly from the airport to downtown stops near the convention centre. https://www.yyc.com/en-us/transportation/public-transit
- 🚕 Taxi or Rideshare – Taxis are available at the airport 24/7. You can also take an Uber or Lyft directly from the airport. https://www.yyc.com/en-us/transportation

Coming from Edmonton or other Alberta cities? Red Arrow and Ebus offer regular service to Calgary’s downtown.
GETTING IN & AROUND CALGARY

Calgary Transit offers bus and C Train (LRT) services into the downtown core. The C Train is a particularly convenient way to get around Downtown Calgary. It is free to ride the CTrain along 7th Avenue, between 3rd Street East and 11th Street West. (The TD Free Fare Zone)
🚕 Taxi or Rideshare
Taxis, Uber, or Lyft are available in Calgary.
🚙 Personal Vehicle
Downtown Calgary is laid out in a grid system. But note that many roads are one way only. So keep in mind when planning your driving route.

PARKING OPTIONS
🚗 Parking at the Venue?
There are 400+ covered parking stalls available beneath the CTCC at Lot 60, with EV charging stations for electric vehicles.
📍 Lot 60 Convention Centre Parkade
Entrance is off 1st Street SE between 7 Ave & 8 Ave, on the right (west) side of the street.
Daytime Parking (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.) costs $4 per 0.5 hour, up to a maximum of $25/day.*
Evening Parking (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.) costs $1.50 per 0.5 hour, up to a maximum of $5/Evening.
*Weekday evenings FREE – Receive complimentary evening parking (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.) with the purchase of a full daily parking session.
WHERE TO STAY – HOST HOTEL
🏨 Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel
Just steps from the CTCC, this is WABE’s host hotel for 2025.
Located across from the Calgary Tower, the hotel is within walking distance of the Saddledome, Studio Bell, and many dining options.

WALKING AROUND: +15 SKYWALK NETWORK
Stay warm and dry as you explore downtown using Calgary’s +15 Skywalk, the world’s largest indoor pedestrian walkway system. Directly connected to the CTCC, it gives you access to restaurants, shops, hotels, and more—without going outside.
