📦 What’s Included with Your Exhibit Booth
- 3’ high black side wall drape
- 1 skirted 6’ table
- 2 padded chairs
- 1 small wastebasket
- 1 x 120V / 15A electrical circuit
- Carpeted exhibit hall flooring
Additional services such as internet, freight handling, or furnishings must be ordered separately. These details will be provided in the Exhibitor Package, released July 31st. Most Deadlines are all in August.
🛠️ Booth Setup:
- Date: Monday, September 29, 2025
- Time: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Exhibitors may access the exhibit hall starting at noon. Event staff will be available for assistance on-site.
📦Booth Teardown:
- Date: Wednesday, October 1, 2025
- Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Please do not begin dismantling before 12:00 PM, as the hall will remain open to attendees until that time.
🗓️ Exhibitor Meeting:
- Date: Wednesday, October 1, 2025
- Time: 1:30 PM
- Location: Exhibit hall floor
