Our exhibit hall is going virtual this year!  In your virtual exhibit booth, you will have a chance to display videos, posters, pdf’s and other information about your company’s products and services.  Your booth with have a chat window where you can interact with visiting attendees.  And the registration cost is a great value!  The larger the booth, the more digital information you can display.

HOW DO I SET UP A VIRTUAL BOOTH AND WHAT CAN I INCLUDE?

After you submit your online registration and payment, you will be contacted by a representative at the Scarritt Group, who will guide you through the process of getting your virtual booth set up.  Don’t worry, you won’t need a digital design team to create a virtual booth.  Scarritt Group will be there to make set up easy.

DOES A BOOTH REGISTRATION INCLUDE SPONSORSHIP?

Your booth registration cost does not include sponsorship.  Vendors can choose to either have a virtual booth, support WABE with sponsorship, or both.  If you would like to view the various sponsorship opportunities, click here: Sponsorship Packages
